Kings Fall to Warriors Despite Hot Shooting
Warriors Win 118-110 in Sacramento
WARRIORS 118, KINGS 110
The Golden State Warriors defeated the Sacramento Kings 118-110 on Tuesday night at Golden 1 Center. The Kings shot a blistering 55.6% from the field, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Warriors' superior size and athleticism.
Domantas Sabonis led the Kings with 27 points and 12 rebounds, while De'Aaron Fox added 22 points and 8 assists. However, the Warriors' Splash Brothers, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, combined for 57 points to lead Golden State to victory.
The Kings have now lost three of their last four games and are in danger of missing the playoffs. The Warriors, meanwhile, have won 12 of their last 15 games and are firmly in the hunt for the Western Conference title.
